No design, image, rendering, or piece of content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, redistributed, modified, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Designs created for clients, including custom CAD files and renders prepared during the consultation process, remain the intellectual property of She Said Yes Ltd. at all times. Sharing, forwarding, or reproducing these designs in any form is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use of our designs or content will be pursued through appropriate legal channels in Canada.

We collect only the information necessary to design, produce, and deliver your bespoke piece, and to provide you with a refined client experience.

• Design inputs including sketches, reference images, screenshots, written descriptions, ring size, finger measurements, and stylistic preferences.

• Payment information processed securely through our payment provider. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials.

• Correspondence shared with us through any channel, including emails, social media messages, and consultation notes.

2. Information collected automatically

• Website usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.

Payment processing
