You’ll see ultra-high definition 4K renders and a detailed video preview before anything is made. Once you’re happy with every detail, your ring is handcrafted in-house and delivered typically within 2 to 3 weeks.

Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it and we’ll take care of it. The warranty covers craftsmanship issues but doesn’t extend to accidental damage, theft, misuse, or natural wear over time.

Every ring goes through careful inspection before it leaves us. By the time it reaches you, it’s been verified against our standards for both craftsmanship and finish.

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We’re available for care guidance, cleaning and polishing support, and resizing on most designs. If you ever need anything, reach out to our team directly or message us on WhatsApp.

Store it safely, keep it away from harsh chemicals, and take it off during heavy activity. We’re also happy to walk you through a care routine specific to your jewelry piece.
